1)Tubular sterilizing system could process many kinds of liquid products, especially suitable for processing high viscous liquid, fruit juice containing big granules or fiber, high acidity product which is corrosive to butter, ice cream and so on.
2)The control of tubular sterilizing temperature is very steady with tolerance only 1 degree Celsius .
3)Capacity of the tubular sterilizing system: 3 to 15 tons/hour
4)Tubular sterilizing system can be pasteurizing system or high-temperature sterilizing system or ultra high temperature sterilizing system in milk processing line.
5)Different sterilizing temperature is the way to tell pasteurizing system, high-temperature sterilizing system and ultra high temperature sterilizing system:
Pasteurizing system: sterilizing temp. is within 85 to 90 degr.C
High temperature sterilizing system: sterilizing temp. is within 117 to 125 degr.C
Ultra high temperature sterilizing system: sterilizing temp. is within 137 to 140 degr.C

1)This sterilizer is mainly applicable for processing (sterilizing, insulating and cooling) heat sensitive liquids, such as fruit juice, tea, milk and some wine products.
2)It has characteristic of high heat efficiency, compact structure, convenient in operation and maintenance. This sterilizer equips with sanitary pumps, buffer tank, hot water system, temperature controller/recorder and electric control system.
3)All parts, which directly contact liquid, are made of SUS316. Pumps, pneumatic parts and electric apparatus on the machine are from famous supplier.

super-high-temperature sterilizer series
1)We adopt advanced stainless steel welding technology from abroad, selecting the fine polished stainless steel tube.
2)It is suitable for the liquid material, such as fresh milk, fruit drink, wine, soybean milk and Chinese medicine, as well as the sticky material(for example, sweat comdensed milk)upon completing with high-pressure homogenizer.
